The game is free

Creating an account and playing costs nothing. Nothing is sold: there are no subscriptions and no paid game access.

Donations are gifts

Donations are voluntary gifts toward server costs, handled by PayPal. They are not a purchase of a product or service. Shop points that a donor receives are a thank-you gift with no monetary value; they cannot be exchanged for money. Because a donation is a gift, it is generally not refunded, including when an account is suspended for breaking the Rules or when the realm is reset or closed.

When we will help

• Points did not arrive: contact the team with your PayPal transaction number and we will credit them.
• Paid twice by mistake, or a payment you did not authorise: contact the team within 14 days with the PayPal transaction number. We will review it and return a mistaken payment where the points have not been spent.

Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute; most problems are solved faster that way.
